Finelo User Agreement

Welcome to Finelo.

Effective date: the updated agreement takes effect after publication.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the software, especially clauses about limitations of liability and user obligations. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, stop using the software. By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using the software, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement.

1. Scope

This agreement is made between you and the Finelo team for downloading, installing, registering for, signing in to, and using the software and services.

This agreement also includes rules, usage guidelines, notices, and other related rules that we have published or may publish in the future. Those rules have the same effect as this agreement.

The privacy policy is separate from this agreement and is described in the Finelo Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Finelo provides sheet music management, automatic playback, and music practice assistance. It does not provide game task automation, competition assistance, or features that undermine platform fairness.

You may use the software on phones, tablets, computers, and other supported devices. Available features depend on the actual version.

You should choose a version compatible with your device and system. Problems caused by incompatibility are your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

You may register and use a Finelo account through QQ authorization or password login.

If you choose QQ authorization, we will obtain necessary public information with your authorization, such as nickname, avatar, and OpenID, to create your account.

If you choose password registration or login, you need to provide the required information and set a password as prompted.

Account legality requirements

You must ensure the QQ account you use is lawfully obtained by you and may not use another person’s account or improper methods to register or sign in.

After registration, the account is for your own use only. Unless required by law or permitted by us in writing, it may not be transferred, rented, lent, gifted, or inherited.

You are responsible for losses caused by poor account custody, such as password leakage or device loss.

If you find abnormal login, account theft, or access issues, please contact us promptly.

4. Obtaining and Uninstalling the Software

Download and install the software only from official channels, such as the official website or official release platforms.

Software from unofficial channels may contain viruses or malicious programs and is not our responsibility.

You may install the software according to system prompts and official guides.

You may uninstall the software at any time. We are not responsible for unrecoverable data caused by uninstalling.

5. Updates

We may update the software to improve the experience, including feature optimization, bug fixes, and interface updates.

When an update requires download or installation, we will prompt you clearly. The update starts only after you confirm.

Older versions may stop being supported or may no longer work properly after new releases.

6. Personal Information Protection

We process personal information lawfully, properly, and only as necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Specific collection types, purposes, storage, sharing, and user rights are described in the Finelo Privacy Policy.

Minors should use the software with guardian consent and guidance.

Users may not collect or distribute others’ information. Violators bear responsibility.

7. User Conduct

Prohibited illegal content and conduct

Do not publish, transmit, or store content prohibited by law, including threats to national security, violence, pornography, gambling, fraud, defamation, infringement, or malware.

Do not use the software for any illegal activity.

Infringement of others’ rights

Do not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted sheet music, audio, or content without authorization.

Do not impersonate or deceive others.

Software security and fairness

Do not decompile, crack, or bypass security mechanisms.

Do not use plug-ins, malicious scripts, bulk registration, or malicious data scraping.

If you violate these rules, we may restrict use, delete data, freeze accounts, terminate services, and report to authorities when necessary.

8. User Content License

For sheet music, playlists, feedback, or other content you upload, submit, or publish in the software, you grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it within product operations, including display, copying, editing, and recommendation.

If your content infringes others’ rights, you are responsible and must compensate us for resulting losses.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership, copyright, code, interface, design, features, and other intellectual property in the software belong to us or relevant rights holders.

The automatic piano feature is an assistive tool and does not include copyrighted sheet music content.

If your content infringes others’ rights, contact us at email@fishceo.com to request removal.

10. Disclaimer

Finelo is for leisure and entertainment only. Do not use it for game platform tasks or competitions.

Simulated tapping is not a plug-in, but account safety cannot be guaranteed.

Software features are limited and may contain bugs. Feedback is welcome.

You are responsible for mistakes caused by misoperation or bugs.

We are not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or other consequences caused by violating third-party platform rules.

11. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate services due to business adjustments, legal requirements, or technical reasons.

Where reasonable, we will notify users in advance through notices, pop-ups, or similar methods.

If a user violates laws, regulations, or this agreement, we may stop service immediately without liability.

Finelo is not responsible for losses caused by service adjustments.
